Introduction

Welcome to Tixfans.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tixfans website, mobile application, platform, community features, fan engagement services, membership services, loyalty systems, gamification features, digital content, merchandise services, promotional services, and any related products or services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by PT Tixfans Synergi Nusantara (“Tixfans”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing, registering for, downloading, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Definitions

“Account” means a registered user account on the Platform.
“Content” means any text, image, audio, video, artwork, music, merchandise information, comments, reviews, uploads, or digital material available on the Platform.
“Fan Data” means user-provided fandom preferences, attendance verification data, engagement data, interaction history, loyalty activity, and related fan behavior information.

Eligibility

You may only use the Platform if:

1. You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law;
2. You are at least 18 years old, or have obtained valid parental or guardian consent if under 18 years old;
3. Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Account Registration

Users may be required to register an Account to access certain Platform features. You agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete;
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials;
• You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your Account.

Platform Services

Tixfans provides fan engagement and entertainment ecosystem services, including but not limited to:

• Fan community & loyalty/gamification features
• Fan attendance verification
• Artist and talent engagement services
• Promotional & marketing campaigns
• Membership & subscription services
• Merchandise, digital content access & analytics

User Content

Users may upload or submit content to the Platform. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have sufficient rights to the User Content;
• Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights;
• Your User Content does not violate applicable laws.

Attendance Verification

The Platform may allow Users to voluntarily submit attendance verification materials. Used solely for:

• Fan loyalty, gamification, community engagement
• Internal analytics and audience engagement enhancement

* Tixfans does not publicly display attendance verification materials unless expressly authorized by Users.

Features & Data

09. Fan Data

Tixfans may process Fan Data for personalized recommendations, loyalty programs, gamification, and analytics. Tixfans does not sell Users’ raw personal data to third parties.

10. Marketing Comm.

Users agree Tixfans may send promotional messages, event recommendations, and sponsored content. Users may opt out at any time.

11. Membership Services

Premium membership benefits may include exclusive content, loyalty rewards, premium badges, and priority access.

12. Digital Content

Access to videos, livestreams, and exclusive materials. Users receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.

13. Merchandise Services

Tixfans may facilitate merchandise-related activities and reserves the right to limit purchases, refuse transactions, cancel orders, or restrict suspicious activities.

14. Community Guidelines

Prohibited activities include:

• Harassment or hate speech
• Spam or fake engagement
• Fraudulent activity
• Impersonation or illegal content

15. Intellectual Property

All materials are owned by/licensed to Tixfans. Users may not:

• Copy or modify
• Reverse engineer
• Scrape or commercialize data

16. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Use bots, crawlers, scraping tools
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Manipulate gamification systems
• Abuse loyalty systems

Legal & Compliance

17. Privacy & Data Protection

Tixfans processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including Indonesian personal data protection regulations.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tixfans shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

21. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
