1. Introduction
Welcome to the Tixfans community. Tixfans is a fan engagement ecosystem designed to support positive fan interactions, entertainment communities, loyalty systems, creator engagement, gamification experiences, and meaningful community participation.
2. Our Community Values
We aim to create a community that is Respectful, Inclusive, Safe, Positive, Creative, Authentic, and Supportive.
We encourage healthy fan engagement, positive interactions, respect for diversity, and responsible community behavior.
3. Who These Guidelines Apply To
Safety & Conduct
4. Respectful Conduct
Users must not harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, or engage in abusive behavior. Respectful disagreement is allowed. Personal attacks are prohibited.
5. Fan Wars & Toxic Behavior
Prohibited: Fan wars, coordinated harassment, toxic comparison campaigns, hate campaigns, manipulative attacks, and defamation.
6. Hate Speech
Prohibited: Hate speech, racism, religious intolerance, gender discrimination, sexual harassment, violent extremism, and dehumanizing language.
7. Violence & Threats
Users may not threaten violence, encourage self-harm, promote dangerous acts, share graphic violence, or organize harmful activities.
8. Sexual Content
Users may not post pornographic material, explicit sexual content, sexual exploitation material, or non-consensual intimate content.
Content & Integrity
9. Spam & Platform Manipulation
Users may not send spam, create fake engagement, use bots/automation, manipulate gamification systems, abuse loyalty systems, artificially inflate interactions, or create fake accounts.
10. Fraud & Deceptive Conduct
Users may not impersonate others, conduct scams, engage in phishing, distribute malware, conduct fraudulent promotions, or mislead users. Do not falsely claim official relationships.
11. Community Content Standards
Prohibited content includes illegal material, copyright infringement, defamatory content, fraudulent information, harmful misinformation, hate content, and graphic abuse content.
12. User-Generated Content
By uploading content, Users warrant that they own necessary rights and their content does not violate laws or infringe third-party rights. Tixfans may moderate or remove User Content.
Specific Rules
13. Artist Respect
Respect artists, creators, and talents. Prohibited: Harassment, doxxing, stalking, privacy violations, malicious rumors, and coordinated attacks.
14. Privacy
Users may not share personal information (addresses, phone numbers, IDs, financial info) without consent, leak confidential information, or publish private communications unlawfully.
15. Attendance Verification
Users may not submit fraudulent materials, use manipulated verification, abuse systems, or misrepresent history. Suspicious activity may be rejected.
16. Gamification
Users may not exploit loopholes, use automation tools, manipulate rankings, abuse reward systems, or create fake participation. Rewards obtained abusively may be revoked.
17. Commercial Activities
Unauthorized commercial activity is prohibited, including unauthorized advertising, promoting unrelated products, spam marketing, and abusing community channels.
18. Intellectual Property
Users must respect IP rights. Users may not upload infringing materials, distribute unauthorized copyrighted content, or misuse trademarks.
Enforcement & Moderation

Users may not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer systems, distribute malware, conduct scraping, or circumvent security measures.
Users are encouraged to report violations. False or abusive reporting is prohibited.
21. Moderation & 22. Enforcement Actions
Tixfans may review content, moderate discussions, remove content, suspend accounts, and permanently ban users.
Violations may result in warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, permanent bans, reward revocation, or legal action.
23. Automated Moderation
Tixfans may use AI moderation tools, fraud detection systems, behavioral analytics, and spam detection technologies.
24. Community Safety & 25. Disclaimers
Users are encouraged to protect their privacy, report suspicious behavior, and use respectful communication.
Tixfans does not guarantee the accuracy of UGC, authenticity of all users, or continuous Platform availability.

These Community Guidelines shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
